I joined as part of the distribution team in year 2007 and soon enough was given the opportunity to work with HR team in year 2008 manage to help develop employees through trainings. On Feb 2010 have been promoted as Manager – Service Quality and started working on the concept of Customer service and selection and progressively on March 2012 have been given the responsibility to look after Social Development Programs & Trainings in North as Manager SDP & Trainings.
Ujjivan has grown significantly from the time I joined. Ujjivan has an open culture, a great work environment, and offers a sense of belonging to employees, which is conducive to future growth. It has also given me a chance to work for the well being of Society enhancing inner satisfaction.
