One of our customer Mrs. Meena's husband died recently, but neither she nor her group members intimated the demise of her spouse to branch staff and customer paid all the EMIs of the loan taken from us and dropped out. When CCR Purnanand met her during exit interview for seeking the reason for dropout and convert to repeat loans if possible, he came to know about spouse death. The financial position had deteriorated of the customer as other family members were not supporting her. CCR Purnanand educated the customer about Insurance, the amount she and her spouse has been covered and the document required to get her the insurance amount. No one from her family supported her for getting all required Documents .Since she was not in position to run to various government departments for getting the required documents on her own, Purnanand came forward to help her. After much effort all documentation was completed and the claim was settled, which helped her in re-establishing herself. Looking at the unconditional effort put in by Purnanand, customer Meena and all the group members were very happy and obliged. These customers didn't have loans from Ujjivan for 3 months, now they are back as active customers of Ujjivan.
